Return Policy
What is your return policy?
- Merchandises can be returned if it is in “as new” condition, meaning it is unworn or unused.
- You initiate a return within 7 days after the delivery is made.
- You receive a defective merchandise
Return fee Additional processing fee of 399 THB, except defective merchandise
What can not be returned
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Axora Jewellery’s Coupons, Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- FINAL SALE exchanged or refunded with the exception of defective merchandise.
- Custom-made products / Resized rings or chains / Engraved Items
- Last Chance Items
- Sale/Clearance Items
How to return a product?
Returns by Mail:
Contact us on Axora Jewellery Customer Service Line Official and issue a return request and for return address guidance.
- Securely pack your item(s) along with warranty card, receipt. Items should be returned in its original conditions including accessories (if any). Returns postage and costs associated with returns will be paid by customers.
- Make sure the merchandise is safe in secure postage box. Do not send the product in an envelope. Any merchandise damaged from inappropriate packing can not be returned.
Refund
- Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from Axora Jewellery’s email to you confirming receipt and validation.
- All refunds after return fee will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Due to your responding bank, it can take up to an additional 3-45 business days for funds to be credited to your account/card.
Exchanges
- You may exchange your item(s) for an item of equal or greater value provided it is available (with additional payment). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and therefore not considered for exchanges.
