We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram..

Returns

 

MINIMO & AXORA maintains our high standard in handling and packaging every single item. We hope that the item is sent to you in it’s best condition. In case that the item you receive is faulty or it is not the one you ordered, please contact us at minimomelbourne@gmail.com so that we can assist you with the situation ASAP.

 

The product can be returned if:

  1. The product is in “as new” condition, meaning it is unworn or unused.

  2. You initiate a return within 14 days after the delivery is made.

  3. You receive a faulty item(s).

What you can get in return:

 

MINIMO & AXORA has its rights to evaluate returned items and has its options to fully refund or partially refund the item. Customers will have his or her right to choose:

  1. Exchange of another product at the same or less price. OR

  2. Gift card to spend at our store of the same value.
     

How to return a product?

  1. Send return request. Contact Customer Service at minimomelbourne@gmail.com to initiate a return. Kindly provide us your contact information such as name, address, phone number and return reasons so that we can help you with the refund.

  2. Items should be returned in its original conditions including accessories (if any), and a copy of order confirmation email. Accessories include jewellery box, pouch, tag, card, etc.

  3. Returns postage and costs associated with returns will be paid by customers.

  4. Send the item and its accessories back to us by registered post service.

  5. MINIMO & AXORA will contact you once the refund is issued.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty

 

MINIMO & AXORA’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

Warranty Coverage


MINIMO & AXORA warrants all gemstones jewellery, including products on sale or promotions, against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (when the payment is made), e.g. if purchase date is 3 Apr 2016, the warranty will last until 3 Oct 2016. This warranty doesn't include loss, theft, disappearance, or optical properties of the product or a part of the product due to scraping, breaking, chipping or contacting with chemicals.

During the warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product, and you follow the instructions for returning the product, MINIMO &

 

AXORA remains its rights to investigate and rights to refuse to take actions either:

  • repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  • replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced

  • refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product in store credit

 

AXORA & MINIMO have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to us. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes our property.
